Founder Story

My journey to business acquisition isn't traditional, and that's precisely what shapes our unique approach. After college, I devoted myself to missionary work, learning invaluable lessons about servant leadership and community impact. This foundation, combined with the entrepreneurial insights gained through the Praxis program, has shaped my perspective on what business ownership can and should be.Over the past decade, I've built a career that bridges purpose and performance. I've spent five years leading marketing and sales for mission-driven organizations, preceded by six years in nonprofit management where I built and led nationwide teams. This diverse background – spanning private equity, residential real estate, and B2B SaaS – has taught me how to drive growth while nurturing strong organizational cultures.I'm seeking to acquire and operate a business because I believe in the power of local enterprise to transform communities. My experience in sales and marketing growth, combined with a deep commitment to values-driven leadership, positions me to not just maintain but enhance the legacy of an established SMB.
